Please read below on our refund policy:

• To request a refund please email Bellecosmetix@outlook.com stating your order number and from the email you have made this purchase. In the email please include description, photos of the issue.
• please note that we offer refunds if the product packaging is unopened, product is unused, product packaging is in re-sellable condition. This is strictly for hygiene purposes. The refund will be processed within 14 days.
• Please be aware we have a 14 day refund policy, from the day of order.
